Hey hey Central PA coffee lovers—get ready for something special! We’re thrilled to introduce Shaky Hands Coffee Shop, a brand-new venture from the team behind Bees Knees Coffee. Opening this spring at 106 Bishop Street in Bellefonte, PA, this long-awaited project is finally becoming a reality!
While we don’t have an official opening date just yet (hoping it will be early April!), we can’t wait to welcome you into our beautiful new space—featuring cozy indoor seating and a charming outdoor patio, perfect for soaking up the sunshine with your favorite drink. ☕🌞

Bees Knees Coffee Trailer Update 🚚
To focus on making Shaky Hands Coffee Shop the best experience possible, the Bees Knees Coffee Trailer has been sold and will be taking a break from the Boalsburg and North Atherton Farmers’ Markets for the 2025 season.
But don’t worry—exciting things are on the way! 😉 You can still find our 12 oz. cans at Centre Market’s retail location (inside Nittany Mall, Entrance B), and we’ll continue offering pickup and delivery through Centre Markets.
